• All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• Order totals are re-validated server-side at checkout; the price charged is the price shown at the time of purchase.
• We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected resale for consumption or fraud.
• A confirmed order is an offer to purchase that we accept upon dispatch.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Fulfillment is governed by our Shipping policy and refunds by our Returns & Purity Guarantee. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

You assume all risk associated with handling research materials and agree to indemnify and hold ProGrade Peptides harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use, misuse, storage, or resale of any product, including any use in violation of the research-use-only terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProGrade's total liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All site content — branding, copy, imagery, and the MODE system — is the property of ProGrade Peptides and may not be reproduced without permission.

We may update these terms at any time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ProGrade operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
