Returns, refunds & the purity guarantee

The data is the product. If any independently conducted HPLC test on a vial you received returns below our stated purity standard, we will refund the full order — including shipping — and the cost of the test. Send us the third-party report and the lot number and we resolve it, no debate.

Inspect your order on arrival. If a vial arrives broken, the seal is compromised, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

• Unopened, undamaged items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less return shipping.
• Contact support for a return authorization before shipping anything back.
• Because these are research reagents, opened vials cannot be restocked — but they remain covered by the purity guarantee above.

• Bacteriostatic water and other consumable supplies once opened.
• Items damaged by improper storage or handling after delivery.
• Orders where reconstitution or use occurred outside documented research conditions.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed. Original shipping is refunded only where the return results from our error or a failed purity test.

Email support@progradepeptides.com with your order number and, for a purity claim, the independent test report and lot number. Most claims are resolved within two business days.
