Shipping & delivery

In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as the label is generated.

• Flat-rate tracked domestic shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Orders over $200 ship free.
• Expedited options (2-day / overnight) are available at checkout where the carrier supports it.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the short transit window, but we still ship in insulated, temperature-aware packaging and, where appropriate, with cold packs. Reconstitution is intended only after delivery, following the storage guidance on each product page.

• Standard tracked: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery estimates are carrier-dependent and exclude any customs or weather delays.

Every shipment includes tracking. If a package is delayed, shows as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact support@progradepeptides.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will make it right — see the returns policy.

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has been handed to the carrier, and reshipments to corrected addresses may incur a new shipping charge.
